Tuning
Organ tuning is the most important single thing a church can do to keep their organ in good order. Not only does it ensure that the organ is in tune, it also provides for a quick recognition of small problems before they become expensive issues, many of which can be resolved during the visit.
We offer a tuning service which aims to provide a church with value for money combined with a dedication to the care of your instrument. Tuning starts from just £175.00 plus VAT, to make your booking, either email us or phone.
Pre-tuning advice
Before we come to tune it is useful for us and beneficial for the organ that we are aware of any faults that may have occurred since the previous visit.
It is also beneficial if the conditions inside the church are similar to when the organ is used, e.g. heated to a suitable temperature. This ensures that the organ is tuned at the same temperature as when it is used, and helps secure a better overall tuning in use.
